The latest Lumia 1520 leak comes from a user of Chinese forum Weibo, who claims to be a Windows Phone
developer named @Wot_Guo. The image shows the rumoured Lumia 1520 in a close-up
nd apparently shows the device's Start screen complete with a number of live
tiles.
The leaked image reveals that the Lumia 1520 will offer an extra
live tile column on the start screen for apps - in-line with previous reports.
@Wot_Guo also reveals some of the specifications of the device that include a
Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor, 2GB of RAM, 32GB of storage, and support for
microSD expansion.
Other rumoured features include a 20-megapixel rear camera,
which is actually a downgrade from the recently released Lumia 1020 smartphone,
and full-HD display. At 1080p, it will be the highest-resolution Lumia ever
made, according to reports.
Last week, Nokia posted a teaser on Twitter with images of two
people skiing on sand dunes. The image featured three hash tags, #blazing,
#stories and #innovationreinvented and the message 'Save the date: 22 October
2013' along with the Nokia logo. It is rumoured that the phone will be released
on November 8.
Meanwhile, reputable Twitter source @evleaks has hinted that Nokia's forthcoming
tablet, the Lumia 2520, could soon be on the way, featuring a 10.1-inch screen
and be powered by Windows
The 2520 us rumoured to be thinner than Apple’s current iPad and
slightly lighter at around 450 grams. The Wi-Fi model of the current iPad
weighs 652 grams.
That is despite also packing in a battery capable of 10 hours
use, LTE, 32GB of storage, a microHDMI connector and a microUSB port.
